Does it track my staff?
No. It only knows when someone arrives at or leaves your location. Nothing else. The privacy policy says exactly what the app collects.
What if someone steps out for coffee?
Nothing happens. You set a grace period, so a quick errand won't end their shift.
What if their battery dies?
The shift still closes. That's handled on our end, not on the phone.
What about someone without a scheduled shift?
They tap the tag by the door, or tap Clock in on the notification.
What if they're doing a different job today?
They change it in a tap. The tag and their title set a default, and a policy can require a job before the hours are sent.
Can managers see who's clocked in?
Yes. A calendar of every shift, by day or by week, with how each one was recorded and whether it reached payroll.
Can hours still be edited?
Yes. Everything goes through your normal payroll approval.
Which phones does it work on?
iPhone and Android. Staff sign in with their work email and a code. No passwords to manage.
Who is it not for?
Teams that sit at a desk all day. A simple browser clock-in works fine for them.
How do we get started?
We connect your payroll, set up each location and its tags, and your staff install the app. Most teams are live in a week.
